STEP 10 -RIM ATTACHMENT

Experienced Installer Tip: Apply a small amount of spray adhesive to the backside of the (#12) rubber octagon and adhere it to the
backboard centered between the rim standoff tubes.
•
Using the hardware attached to the rim cover plate, attach the rim to the backboard as shown in Image 11. Snug hardware, do not
fully tighten at this time.
•
Place a level across the rim side-to-side and adjust the rim until it is level.
•
Finish tightening the four (#21) nuts.
