DAILY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

NOTE: If attempting any service repair work disconnect the battery by
depressing the red button on the circuit breaker.
 Inspect unit frame for structural damage.
 Inspect for corrosion and broken welds.
 Inspect wheels and tires. Grease the wheels if
required. Ensure the cotter pins are in place.
 Inspect all bolts and fasteners are in place and
secure.
 Inspect the strap(s) for damage. Nicks or tears are
not acceptable.
 Inspect the push button switches for condition and
operation. Make sure the wiring is secure.
 Test the circuit breaker for operation. Cycle the unit
testing for operation, direction and smoothness.
 Observe the roller operation in the outer frame
rails. Oil rollers as required. Inspect the drive screw
and ballnut for damage, bending during operation,
and lubrication.
 Ensure the operating manual is readily available
for reference.
Keep the battery fully charged.

