Step 3. Find Your Problem in the
POST Error Chart

Start with symptom number one in the chart.
Look at the screen and audio responses. If they
do not match what you saw and heard during the
POST, look at the rest of the symptoms in order
until you find the symptom that you saw and
heard. When you have found your symptom,
follow the instructions in the last column.

A correct audio response is one beep, a pause, and then
a second beep when the diagnostic program is loaded.

A non-system diskette or a faulty diskette in your
diskette drive could be the cause of the problem.
Remove all diskettes from the drives and rerun the
POST.
