Log Installation

1. Open glass door (if installed).
2. Remove logs from the packaging. (As with all plastic,
these bags are not toys and should always be kept
away from children and infants.)
3. Place rear log on back bracket. Ensure that log is
firmly positioned and there is no side-to-side move-
ment.
4. Place front log on front burner (starting toward the
rear of the front burner) and slide it forward until the
notches lock into place.
5. Place the top logs onto the locator notches. Ensure
the logs are secure.
6. Place end log on open end side of unit. (Fig. 10)

Ember Material Placement

Separate the ember material into smaller pieces, rough-
ly 1/2" diameter and place on bracket over front burner
tube. Do not pack down; leave in loose, fluffy condition
for most realistic ember effect. (Fig 11)
