The construction and operation of the control system is essentially carried over from that
of the current Mazda3 except for the following features:

Keyless control module connected to the high-speed CAN bus (similar to that of the
Mazda5)

Controller Area Network

•
On vehicles with Advanced Keyless Entry and Start System the keyless control module
is connected to the high-speed CAN bus.
