5. To enter the settings for the first cooking step, select
the icon of the variable you wish to edit.
The icon of the selected variable will highlight in blue
and the value in the currently selected stage will high-
light in yellow.
a. Use the knob to adjust the value.
b. Select the green check mark to confirm the se-
lection.
6. Press the + to add a step. Press the
selected step. Use the knob to scroll through recipe
stages.
7. Select the disk icon to save the settings, and return
to library menu.
