    ◦ For USA and Canada models, the default temperature unit for your Brewista Artisan Kettle is Fahrenheit (°F). For models in the rest of the world, the default temperature unit is Celsius (°C).

    7) Program for Automatic Use (Auto Brew Function) • Note: The Auto Brew time is the time at which the automatic heating cycle will be complete. • To program your Auto Brew function: ◦ Press and hold the Auto Brew icon (16) for 3 seconds. The target temperature will flash on the right side of the LCD Readout (10).

    When mineral scale builds up in the kettle, it can affect temperature consistency and slow down heating time. • To ensure optimum performance, Brewista recommends descaling the kettle when mineral build-up is visible inside the kettle. Note: Vinegar may not effectively descale the kettle and can be difficult to thoroughly rinse.

    ELEVATION (feet above sea level) Using the High Altitude Protection Function Your Brewista Artisan Variable Temperature Kettle has a built-in safety feature to prevent water from reaching temperatures above what is necessary to achieve a rolling boil. However, sometimes higher temperatures are desired. Please refer to the following instructions for turning the high altitude protection function off or on again: When the kettle is standby, press and hold the [ + ] icon (19) for three seconds.
