Symptom
"TRACK FULL" is
displayed even though
the maximum recording
time is not reached.
The recording remaining
time remains the same
even though songs are
deleted.

maximum recording

The recorded sound is
low.
Cause/Remedy
 The maximum number of songs to be recorded by
the player is 4,000. No more songs than the
maximum number can be recorded.
 Delete unnecessary songs (  page 74).
 Export the recorded songs to a computer.
 Due to system restrictions, the record remaining
time may not recover even though some short songs
are deleted.
 The player is not connected to the optional
accessories for recording with the player such as the
cradle.
 Connect to the optional accessories for recording
with the player such as the cradle (  page 68).
 The player memory is low.
 Delete unnecessary songs (  page 74).
 Export the recorded songs to a computer.
 The maximum number of songs you can record on
the player is 4,000. You cannot record more than
4,000 songs.
 Delete unnecessary songs (  page 74).
 Export the recorded songs to a computer.
 The player is not connected to the sound source
properly.
 Connect properly using the optional accessories
for recording with the player.
 The connecting cable corresponding to the player is
not used.
 Connect the corresponding connecting cable to
the player.
 The player is connected to a computer.
 Disconnect the computer.
 The power cord was disconnected during recording.
 The data that was recorded will be lost. Start
recording from the first song again.
 When you record many short songs, they may be
recorded with automatically inserted blank spaces
between songs due to system restrictions. This cause
an increase in total recorded time and result in the
mismatch.
 The output level of the source sound is low.
 Adjust the level according to the operation guide
of the optional accessories for recording with the
player.
