Arm Rest (Front Seats)
Position 1 = arm rest folded up.
Position 2 = for normally inclined
seat back.
Position 3 = for extremely in
clined seat back.
To adjust arm rest downwards,
press release button (4).
Note:
To move the arm rest between
positions 1 and 2 it may be ne
cessary to overcome a slight
resistance.
Warning!
The arm rest does not suf
fice as a child restraint sys
tem. In case of a frontal
collision a child can be cata
pulted forward over the
locked arm rest. Infants and
small children should be
seated in a properly secured
restraint system that com
plies with US Federal Motor
Vehicle Safety Standard 213
and Canadian Motor Vehicle
Safety Standard 213.1.
Arm Rest (Rear Bench Seat)
Pull down the armrest by its strap.
Sedan: The outboard seat belt
buckles adjacent to the arm rest
swing out simultaneously.
