• Run Diagnostic Mode
and go to "Faults" display
• Verify fault code
• Unplug range or disconnect
power.
• Check for continuity with
door open and door closed
at P7-4 to P7-5
• Door Open - Infinite Resi
• Door Closed - Zero Resistance
• If checks are not correct,
Replace Door Switch
• Run Diagnostic Mode and
go to "Faults" display
Verify fault code
• While in Diagnostic Mode -
Start Clean cycle, to verify
door does latch.
• Unplug range or discon-
nect power.
• If door did not latch check
for contunity at P7-4
to P7-6 if no contunity
- check for 500-3000Ω
resistance at P5-3 to P6-3
If resistance check fails
replace Latch motor.
• If resistance check is good,
check door (slot) and
latching rod alignment.
• If door alignment is good -
Replace Door Latch Switch
