You can use the apnea timer for interval training when freediving. You can adjust the following

In addition to the configurable gas time alarm, your dive
computer also shows an alarm when 75 bar and 50 bar
pressures are reached. The tank pressure number is
forced onto the display and turns yellow after 75 bar
and red after 50 bar.
