Remove spacing bushing 4
and 5 from wheel hub.
Installing front wheel
z
Mount spacing bushing 5
and 4 on wheel hub.
The front wheel must be
installed right way round to
rotate in the correct direction.
Observe the direction of rota-
tion arrows on the tires or on the
rim.
Roll front wheel into front sus-
pension while guiding brake
disk between brake pads.
Lift front wheel and install
axle 3 with appropriate torque.
Fastening of front quick-
release axle
33 lb/ft (45 Nm)
Remove front wheel stand.
Actuate handbrake and firmly
compress spring forks several
times
Tighten axle clamping screw 2
with appropriate torque.
Clamping of front quick-
release axle
17 lb/ft (23 Nm)
Insert ABS sensor into hole
and install screw 1.
without center stand OE
Remove auxiliary stand.
