    1. Connect the enclosed serial printer cable from the back of the document printer (See Figure 2) to the back of the VeriFone terminal in the port labeled RS232 (See Figure 3). Connect the document printer s power cable to the back of the printer and then to an appropriate power outlet (See Figure 2).

    For dialup connections, attach one end of the telephone cord to the communication port (Dialup) of the VeriFone terminal and the other end to the telephone wall jack. The power source is found on the right side of the terminal (See Figure 4).

The printer cover release is on the right side of the Terminal (see Figure 5). Open the printer cover by pushing down on the printer cover release.
