Checking the water chamber for deposits

1. Fully drain the boiler.
2. Clean the water chamber by hosing it down.
Remove deposits via the drain outlet.
Remove stubborn deposits with approved chemical
solvents.

1. Fully insert turbulators

2. Close the boiler door(s).
3. Tighten screws evenly to 20 Nm.
Fit in reverse order to the description on page 18
(tightening torque 20 Nm)

Risk of explosion from escaping gas.
Check all gas connections for tightness.
1. Fit burner tile to burner flange

2. If necessary, seal the annular gap between the
flame head and the insulation rings with heat-
resistant insulation material.
3. Connect the fuel supply lines (pressure-jet gas
burners: gas supply pipe).
3. Clean the sealing faces and thread of the inspec-
tion port. Replace the gaskets. Lubricate the
thread. Retighten the new gaskets after commis-
sioning (see table on page 17). Check again after
24 hours run.
