9. Troubleshooting
Phenomenon: Cannot send an email correctly.
Item to be checked
Are email settings correct?
Are the settings of Sender email
Address correct?
Is a test email sent correctly?
Is only email regarding the
specific Error/Warning not sent
correctly?
Phenomenon: An email does not reach only to the specific address.
Item to be checked
Is email address set correctly?
Is filtering or forwarding set for
the email address in the mail
server?
Solutions
Check the settings on the Mail Settings screen
of the Projector Web Control.
Set valid email address.
Check if a test email is sent correctly by
pressing the [Send Test Mail] button on the
Mail Settings screen of the Projector Web
Control.
Check if the specific Error/Warning is set to
be sent on the Mail Settings screen of the
Projector Web Control.
Solutions
Check the settings on the Mail Settings screen
of the Projector Web Control.
Consult with your network administrator.
