Symptom Cause
Element(s) switched off.
Transformer defect.
Hot water supply is used up.

Precautions
1. Check whether the "Heating 1"-switch, and if applicable
"Heating 2"-switch, is ON.
2. Check whether the switch, on the control unit, is ON.
Check the input and output voltages:
- Primary/input - 400 V

- Secondary/output - 230 V
1. Reduce hot water consumption and give the water
heater time to heat up.
2. If this error persists, check whether the safety
thermostat is switching. If this is the case, check that
the circulation and/or top to bottom circulation pump
are working.
Comment
If the error has not been rectified, and
no other cause can be found, isolate
the water heater and alert you
installation engineer.
