Function for the cascading of the water heater(s).
This parameter is activated when an external (extra) water heater is
connected to the Master water heater. Connect to the Master connections
21-22.

This parameter sets the function of the water heater at a cascade alignment
0 = Single / Slave unit
1 = Master unit

This parameter determines the function of the Slave water heaters when
the Master water heater is switched off.
0 = Slave water heater(s) continue operation
1 = Slave water heater(s) switch off

This parameter determines the number of cascaded water heaters, that are
implemented with a common flue system.

2 = Control based on power setting
