If the appliance is to be operated in
a non‐European country, check on
the rating plate whether the indicated
voltage and current type correspond
to the values of your mains supply.
The rating plate is situated in the bottom
left‐hand side of the appliance.
The power cord may be replaced by
a technician only.

Warning
Never connect the appliance to
electronic energy saver plugs or to
power inverters which convert the direct
current to 230 V alternating current (e.g.
solar equipment, power supplies on
ships).
Switching on the
appliance
Press the main switch, Fig. !/1. The ap­
pliance starts refrigerating.
The factory has preset the upper chilling
zone with a basic setting of +18 °C and
the lower chilling zone with a basic set­
ting of +10 °C.
Selecting the
temperature
The set values can be changed, see De­
scription of control panel.

Using the thermometer

Activate the digital thermometer:
Insert batteries into the rear of the

thermometer. The temperature is
displayed in ºC.

Button lock

The button lock prevents the appliance
from being switched off unintentionally
and the temperature from being
changed.
Switching button lock on and
off
Simultaneously press buttons X and Y
for 3 seconds to switch the button lock
on.
