Select Check New Mail ▶Select Inbox ▶ Select folder▶
1. Using the folder menu
Select a desired folder and [MENU] ▶ Select desired menu
Add Filter : If you receive e-mail of which address is stored in a specific address folder in advance, the e-mail is
stored in a specific folder not in MainBox. Maximum of 5 e-mail addresses can be stored in a folder.
However, it is impossible to store e-mail address in MainBox.
Edit Folder Name : Modifies folder name.
Re-Filter : Applies the filter from Add Filter.
Delete All : Removes all received e-mails
Reset Folder : Resets the folder.

Select e-mail and [MENU] ▶ Select desired menu
Rcv Selected : If you receive e-mail of which title and sender only are selected, you may receive the entire e-mail again.
Protect ON/OFF : Enables you to select lots of e-mails simultaneously for protection.
Delete : Delete 1 : Removes the only selected e-mail.
Delete Selected : Removes lots of selected e-mails at a time using
Delete All : Removes all e-mails from received E-mail.
Rcvd At : The latest received e-mails appear first.
Sort : Sort :
Unread/Unreceived : Unread, unreceived e-mails have a priority.
Sender : Sort by sender.
Title : Sort by title.
Protect : Protected e-mails have a priority.
Move To Folder : Moves the selected e-mail to other folder.
Show Full Addr : Allows you to check all addresses of senders, receivers, Cc, Bcc, etc.
1-In/3-In View : Allows you to set display method of e-mail stored in Inbox.
1-In View displays e-mails within a line, and 3-In View within three lines.
Copy Mail Body : Enables you to use e-mail contents stored in Quick Note using
