1. Using Mail
[TOP MENU] ▶ [FAVORITES] ▶ Select Mail ▶ Select a desired menu

1. Entering a recipient
Select To and press
Addr Book : Displays the address book allowing you to select a recipient.
Sent History : Displays the sent history allowing you to select a recipient.
Addr Group : Displays the address group allowing you to select each recipient group.
Profiles : Add your e-mail address entered for Server Setup.
Move to Cc : Changes to Cc.
Move to Bcc : Changes to Bcc.
● P r e s s [OPTIONS] to enter the optional information on e-mail address.
● You may enter lots of e-mail addresses within 640 characters including '@' , '.' e t c .
● You can check the remaining number of characters at the top of the LCD monitor.
2. Entering E-mail title
Select Subj ▶ Enter Subject ▶ Display Subject
● P r e s s [OPTIONS] to enter e-mail title using SYMBOL or PASTE.
● For subject input you can use a maximum of 50 Chinese characters and 100 English characters.

3. Attaching a file
Select Attach ▶ Select Folder▶ Select an attached file ▶
▶ Press [OPTIONS] ▶ Select Done
[MENU] ▶ Select Menu
[OPTIONS] ▶ Select ATTACH ▶ Select set value
