Problem
The washing machine vi-
brates when operating or
is not stable.
Washing has not been
spun.
Water is leaking out from
under the washing ma-
chine.
Softener was not washed
in.

The door cannot be
opened when the appli-
ance is switched on. The
symbol appears in the
display.
The display goes out
while a wash cycle is run-
ning.
The background illumina-
tion of the display has
gone out even though
the appliance is switched
on.
Possible cause
The transport lock has not
been removed.
The screw feet not correctly
adjusted.
Only a few large items of wash-
ing in the drum.
The screw connection on the
inlet hose is leaking.
The drainage hose is leaking.
The drain pump cover is not
closed properly.
Washing was caught in the
door.
Emergency drain hose is leak-
ing.
The conditioner insert is not
correctly set into the additive
compartment or is blocked.
There may have been too much
washing in the machine.
The door is locked for safety
reasons.
Power cut.
For safety reasons, the door
will remain locked for approx. 4
minutes.
The washing machine is in
stand-by mode.
Remedy
Removing the transport lock.
Adjust the feet as described in
the installation and connection
instructions.
Always load the drum as full as
possible. Mix large and small
items.
Screw the inlet hose in firmly.
Replace drain hose.
Close the cover properly.
Load washing carefully for the
next wash.
Close off emergency drain hose
properly.
Clean the detergent dispenser
drawer, insert the conditioner
insert firmly.
Observe maximum loads.
Wait until the
symbol ap-
pears.
The programme will continue
when the power cut is over.
To remove washing:
If water can be seen in the ap-
pliance, before opening the
door, first perform an emergen-
cy drain.
