6.4 Set the alarms and thresholds (ALARM option)

1. Select ANALOG-OUT with the scrolling keys and press Enter. Select the type of
analog output:
Option
LINEAR
LOGARITHMIC
DUAL RANGE
2. If linear output is selected:
Option
START XX.XXEXX Define the concentration corresponding to the 0 or 4 mA current for the
END XX.XXEXX
START XXX.XmV
END XXX.XmV
The choice between 0 and 4mA is available in the PMXXXX, Adjust Iout menu
option.
3. Define the output:
Option
Description
OUT: Conc
Output corresponds to the last measured values.
OUT: Full
Output is set to 20 mA.
OUT: Zero
Output is set to 0 or 4 mA.
Note: You can only exit this menu when the option Conc is displayed.
The analyzer has three alarms which are allocated according to the definition of
WARNING/R1:
WARNING/R1 set to NO
System and warning alarm
The alarms are allocated to the channel depending on the number of channels in
operation:
1. Select ALARM with the scrolling keys and press Enter.

SYS.ALARM ON/OFF
Description
Linear output
Logarithmic output
Bilinear output
Description
start of output scale 1.
Define the concentration corresponding to the 20 mA current for the end
of output scale 1.
Define the potential corresponding to the 0 or 4 mA current for the start
of output scale 2.
Define the potential corresponding to the 20 mA current for the end of
output scale 2.

Description
Activate or deactivate the system alarm.
