Basic Call Handling

Place a Call

1. Lift the handset.
2. Press a Line key, or press
3. Dial the number on the keypad and press the Dial soft key.

End a Call

Answer a Call

Lift the handset, press the Line key, or press

Ignore a Call

Press or the Ignore soft key when the phone is ringing to ignore the incoming call and send the
incoming call directly to voice mail (if configured).
Redial
Press once to access a list of recently dialed numbers.
Press and to scroll through the entries.
Press the Select or Dial soft key to redial the selected number.
Press twice to call the last dialed number.
Mute
Press to mute the handset, headset, or speakerphone.
Hold/Resume
1. To place a call on hold, press
