Multilingual settings for the operating system

Windows 2000 MultiLanguage MUI operating system enables users to set the language of
the GUI to their individual preference. Some elements are not localized, however, and
remain in the original language of the system - English.
You should therefore always install English language service packs. Further information
about the language of the GUI, regional settings and inputs is available in the Internet at
"http://support.microsoft.com".
