6-11. Lower shaft mechanism

Tighten the set screw until the head of
the screw is flush with the edge of the
bed. (Refer to "7-8.
lubrication amount".)
1. Shuttle race base assy
2. Set screw

4. Adjusting stud
Adjust while referring to "7-19. Adjusting
the backlash of the lower shaft gear".
Rotary hook
BAS-311G, BAS-326G
While turning the machine pulley, move the
rock gear back and forth to the position
where it turns smoothly.
Place set screw collar R against the edge
of the bed and tighten the set screw.
