General Troubleshooting Guide
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No Power to Unit
Disconnected Cable or Broken Wiring
No Power to Unit
User Interface is not setting temperature
in the unit.

TCO is open

Broken wire in heating circuit
No Power to Unit
User Interface is not turning the unit on

Fan is open

Broken wire in fan circuit
Fan is blocked or dirty
User interface is not working correctly

Check power receptacle for proper voltage.

Confirm Ground is good.
3
Ensure circuit is dedicated.
4
Inform consumer of electrical supply issue.

Confirm voltage on J6 harness from J6-1 to
J6-4.

Confirm good ground from the unit to a
separate ground terminal on a different
receptacle.

Repair or replace wiring damage.

Check power receptacle for proper voltage.

Confirm Ground is good.

Ensure circuit is dedicated.

Inform consumer of electrical supply issue.

Switch unit ON and confirm temperature is
being set on the user interface.

Replace user interface.

Measure resistance on J6 harness from J6-
5 to J6-6. Resistance should be 33.8
Ohms ± 10%.

Replace the Fan, which includes the heat-
ing element, TCOs, and fan.

Check power receptacle for proper voltage.

Confirm Ground is good.

Ensure circuit is dedicated.

Inform consumer of electrical supply issue.

Switch unit ON and program a DELAY
START. Verify DELAY START begins to
count down.

Replace user interface.

Measure resistance on J6 harness from J6-
2 to J6-3. Resistance should be 56.2
Ohms ± 10%.

Replace the Fan, which includes the heat-
ing element, TCOs, and fan.
Clean the fan.
Replace the user interface.
