What is "Anti-Superheating Burner"?
The Anti-Superheating burner has a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the cookware bottom.
If it reaches over 260°C, the gas will automatically shut off to prevent fire. (Automatic extinguisher/ function that
prevents oil from overheating/ fire extinguisher for cookware).
This type of burner will neither cook for you nor prevent food from burning.
