    Subattendant User Guide for the Mitel 5340 IP Phone Introduction If your Mitel 5340 IP Phone has been programmed to provide Enhanced Subattendant features, then the features in this guide are available to you. These features are provided in addition to those already available on your telephone.

    Subattendant User Guide for the Mitel 5340 IP Phone Calls Waiting Indication As a Subattendant, you may have calls queued and waiting to be answered. The Calls Waiting Indicator in the top right corner of the display shows the total number of calls in the queue. Only calls ringing the LDN keys or the Recall key appear on the Calls Waiting indicator.

If system programming allows, you can set multiple wake-up calls (up to three in a 24-hour period) that repeat daily.
