You need to select one of four timeout periods, after which the WAP
Browser will report a failure to send data (for example because the
WAP gateway is not responding).
You can continue to browse WML cards in the current deck or stored
in the handset cache of memory effectively 'offline' but when you
select a link to card outside the current deck and not held in the
cache you will activate a new data call (and the
to reflect this).
Confirm download [Menu 9-3-2-9]

When Confirm Download is set to Always, each time the Browser
detects that it needs to make a data call (because the timeout period
has been reached, or a new WML deck is requested) it will ask you
whether it may make the call.
