Updating the firmware of the headset
to update the firmware, only one product may be connected at a time:
Disconnect all other sennheiser products before starting the update.

Use a UsB cable with mini UsB plug to connect the
headset to your computer.

your computer.

Download the software from

Install the software.

on your computer. If necessary, contact your It
department.
