MIC IP fusion 9000i
Problem
Picture is dark (optical image).
Background is too bright to see
subject (optical image).
Camera reboots frequently or
intermittently
No OSD messages appear.

Problem
A small square appears
intermittently at the
upper right of the video
output.
The thermal image
appears 'grainy'.
The thermal image is of
poor quality.

Questions to Ask/Actions to Resolve the Problem
– Check to see if you can access a web page.
If you can, then cycle the camera's power off
and on and check that the optical camera iris
isn't closed. If this doesn't correct the problem,
switch the Stream from Stream 1 or Stream 2 to
M-JPEG. If this corrects the problem, re-install
the latest Video SDK.
If you cannot, then you may have the wrong IP
address. Use Configuration Manager to identify
the correct IP address.
If OK, then check that there is 24 V output from the
transformer.
If OK, then check the integrity of all wires and mating
connectors to the camera.
– Check that the Gain Control is set to High.
If OK, then
– Check that the Auto Iris Level is set to the
appropriate level.
Turn on backlight compensation.
Test your camera with another power supply.
Check the Bosch website for a software update that
might address the issue.
Bosch's Video SDK is required. Video management
software from third parties does not use the SDK.
Explanation
This symbol warns that flat-field
correction (FFC) is about to
begin.
This often occurs when the
temperature of the camera
fluctuates, such as after the
camera is powered on, or when
ambient temperature is
changing.
Thermal image settings are not
optimized for the type of scene
being viewed.
