3. Click on Diagnostics.
4. Click on the Download Audio Log Files link beside Get Log Files.
5. Save the file to the desired location on your computer.

Ping
The Ping sub-menu allows you to ping a host name or IP address directly from the Mitel MiVoice
6940 IP phone. This tool can be used to verify whether or not network connections between the
Mitel MiVoice 6940 IP phone and other network endpoints are intact.
To use the ping tool on the Mitel MiVoice 6940 IP phone:
1. Press the
(Settings) key on the phone to enter the Settings menu.
2. Tap the Diagnostics icon.
