TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE
Choke in incorrect position
Empty fuel tank
Primer bulb wasn't pushed
enough
Engine flooded
Carburetor misadjusted
Carburetor misadjusted
Throttle wire has come loose
Dirty air filter
No oil in fuel
ACTION
Refer to starting/stopping instructions
on page 10
Fill fuel tank
Press primer bulb fully and slowly until
fuel is visible in bulb
Use starting procedure WITHOUT
USING CHOKE
Adjust carburetor
Adjust carburetor
Thread throttle wire through the
carburetor throttle lever. Tighten screw.
Clean or replace air filter
Add oil to fuel
