Choose a medium-sized potato weighs 170-200 grams, wash and dry, and
prick potato with a fork several times. Place the potato on the glass tray.
Adjust weight and press START. After Cooking, let potato stand covered
with foil for 5 minutes.
Place vegetables in a microwavable casserole dish. Add water and wrap
it.After Cooking, able to stir and place for 2 minutes by adding more
water as follows
** 0.2-0.4 kg : 2 tablespoons
** 0.5-0.8 kg : 4 tablespoons
