IC8034 converts the digital audio output of IC8024 to analog. The 2 channel
stereo signal is then amplified by IC8036 and output to IC8044 for selectio n
between analog TV audio and digital TV audio. The selected output is ro uted to
the DG-Board via pins 24 and 26 of connector JK8007/A41.

One connection
HDMI is the first all digital consumer electronics A/V interface that supports
several uncompressed standard, enhanced and high definition video formats as
well as existing multi-channel audio formats. One jack supports both video and
audio information.

source to the HDMI terminal of this PTV is displayed on the screen in its digital

The HDMI/HDCP1 input can be connected to an EIA/CEA 8612 compliant

an HDMI or DVI output connection.

HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) is a specified method from
Intel for protecting copyrighted digital entertainment content th at uses the Digital
V ideo Interface (DVI) by encrypting its transmission between the video source
and the digital display (receiver). The video source might be a computer, set-to p
box, or digital versatile disc (DVD) player, and the digital display might be a liquid
crystal display (LCD), television, plasma panel, or projector.
