Smoothies
Orange, Beetroot, Carrot and Celery Smoothie
Ingredients:

Method:

Cut the oranges and vegetables into roughly 20mm pieces, and place into the Beaker.

Add the water and fit the Blade Lid.

Hold the Power Button down for 15 seconds. Allow the contents of the Beaker to settle
and then hold the Button down for a further 10 - 15 seconds.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:

Method:

Rinse the spinach under running water and drain well.

Cut the apple and avocado into roughly 20mm pieces, and layer with the spinach in the
Beaker.

Add the almonds and the milk and fit the Blade Lid.

Hold the Power Button down for 20 seconds. Allow the contents of the Beaker to settle
and then hold the Button down for a further 10 seconds.
