Dismantling of the Digital Board
1)
Remove 4 screws to loosen the Digital Board 1003 as shown in Figure 9.

Service position for Digital Board is given in Figure 10. (Remove the Digital Board Bracket 187 and take
out the cables beneath it to make it easier to flip over the digital board. Front Panel should also be
removed. Flip over the digital board and put the insulation sheet under it for servicing)

1)
Remove 4 screws to loosen the HDD assembly (HDD 1005+ HDD Bracket 186+ the screws 271+ HDD
Damper 191 only for DVDR3590H + HDD Suspension Bracket 192 only for DVDR3590H) as shown in
