Creating a Diagnostic File for Analysis

Creating a Diagnostic File (XRay) for Storage System

In some cases, you might need assistance from Technical Support to
solve problems that you might have with Storage System. When you
contact the Technical Support team, they might ask you to turn on the
debug mode of the Storage System, reproduce the issue, and create a
diagnostic file (XRay) to help them better understand your environment
and configuration settings.
To turn on the debugging mode, first access the Manager, after log in,
type the hidden page URL:
http://IP_ADDRESS/debugF.cgi
You are able to "turn on/off debug mode" and/or to "generate XRay".
The best practice is to turn on debug mode, reproduce the issue, gen-
erate XRay, and then turn off debug mode.
