1. Open Terminal
2. Type or navigate to cd /usr/share/hpt
3. Type rm hptuser.dat, to remove the file
4. Reboot
For Windows Users:
1. Open file explorer
2. Navigate to C:/Windows/
3. Delete hptuser.dat
4. Reboot
