ADJUSTING THE RINGER

The phone lets you control its base and
handset ringer volume separately. You can
choose from a high or low ringer setting or
turn the ringer off for the base and the hand-
set.

On the Handset

In the standby mode, press
the handset's ringer volume. The display

You can also turn off the ringer. In the stand-
by mode, press and hold

You can still make or receive a call even
when the ringer is turned off. When you have
an incoming call, the base unit (if you have

phone connected to the same line rings, and

appears on the handset's display.
To turn the ringer back on, simply press
. The ringer is restored at the

setting.

On the Base

Set on the back of the base to
