Using Tasks

A task is a personal or work-related project,
assignment, or errand, which you can track through
to completion. You can also add your tasks to the
Calendar, so that when you look at your schedule,
you can see your outstanding tasks as well as your
appointments, meetings and other events.
g.
The Tasks list
The Tasks list displays your "things to do" list. An
item is followed by an exclamation mark if it has
been marked as high priority and a down arrow if it
has been marked as low priority. Overdue tasks are
displayed bold and red. Completed tasks are
displayed with the corresponding check box marked.
z Note:
PC, completed tasks are removed from your
phone after synchronisation. They are displayed
in grey with a strikethrough on your desktop PC.
