SERVICE INSTRUCTION - COMPONENT REPLACEMENT
NOTES:
The drawings shows the right side top baking
assembly for a WB-2.
The left side assembly is similar, with the hinge
pivot components reversed.
The top baking assembly for a WB-1 is identical
to this drawing, with the exception of the conduit,
which is 90º, rather than the 45º conduit shown.
Insert small diameter end
P/N 55552 (90º for WB-1)

Ground wire gets 4" of
FIBERGLASS SLEEVE
after it is pulled into casting

Assemble so that terminals
are at the 9:00 position
(when grid detail faces away,
and handle is at 6:00).

Insert stud on clamping plate of Grid &
Element Assembly into hole of Casting &
Hinge Assembly. Ensure that grid gasket is
evenly seated. Secure assemblies with nut
and insert plug.
