TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION! Switch off and remove plug from mains before investigating fault.

Conventional trouble
Motor does not start
Motor shuts down
The machine leaves an unevenly
cut path
The blade (25) won't turn
If the problem cannot be remedied on the basis of the information above, please take the device to an authorized
IVT Service Center.
Trouble reason
Power supply is absent.
The outlet is defective.
The extension cord is damaged.
The grass is too long.
The safety button has been
tripped.
Line

The extension cord is damaged.
Internal wiring defect.
The cutting height is too low.
The blade (25) is dulled.
The lower part of the machine
is blocked.
