PJK Circuit Board
(Time required: About 15 minutes)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Disconnect the PK connector. (See procedure 3.)

Remove the two (2) screws marked [22c]. The PJK
circuit board can then be removed from the PK
connector plate. (Fig. 8)

PN Circuit Board
(Time required: About 11 minutes)

Remove the "MASTER VOLUME" volume knob from
the control panel surface. (Fig. 10)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Remove the six (6) screws marked [15A]. The PN
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 10)

Power Transformer and PS Circuit
Board
(Time required: About 15 minutes)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Remove the power supply unit. (See procedure 3.)

Remove the two (2) screws marked [1], three (3)
screws marked [6] and two (2) screws marked [7].
The PS circuit board can then be removed from the
AC inlet plate together with the power transformer.

Remove the soldering on the power transformer and
remove the power transformer from the PS circuit
board. (Fig. 9)

Panel Cover Switch
(Time required: About 13 minutes)

Remove the "MASTER VOLUME" volume knob from
the control panel surface. (Fig. 10)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Remove the PN circuit board (see procedure 6) and
disconnect the cable of panel cover switch from the
PN circuit board. (Photo 1)

The panel cover switch is attached on the panel
with the two-sided tape. Insert a very thin ruler or
the like to provide as much space as possible
between the tape and switch and peel off little by
little with your fingers to remove the entire switch.

Pay attention not to damage the panel cover
switch or other parts around it.

Pull out the cable, which was disconnected from
the PN circuit board, from the panel opening and
remove the panel cover switch. (Fig. 11)
