Locking Your nOvi
1. Touch

Settings> Security.

Touch the button next to
Garmin
lock.
Touch
OK.
3.
Enter a four-digit PIN. Touch Yes to
accept the PIN.
4.
Touch OK. Drive to a security
location (any location to which you
return frequently, such as your home
or office). Touch Set.
Each time you tum on the niivi, enter
the four-digit PIN or drivc to thc
security location. To unlock your n[ivi
at your security location, the niivi must
have acquired satellite signals.

NOTE:
If you forget your PIN and
your security location, you must
send your niivi to Gannin to get
it unlocked. You must also send a
val id product registration or proof
of purchase.
