Bulk Statistics Event Log Messages

Variables Description
localtzoffset The offset from UTC/GMT for the local timezone. Format = "+"
or "-" HHMM.
swbuild The build number of the StarOS version.
Bulk Statistics Event Log Messages
The stat logging facility captures several events that can be useful for diagnosing errors that could occur with
either the creation or writing of a bulk statistic data set to a particular location.
