The troubleshooting guide in the user manual should be referred to before this guide. Turn to this guide
when the user manual does not solve the issue.

Possible Cause
The icemaker is unplugged.
Socket is damaged.
The icemaker power
switch is OFF.
The fuse is blown.
A wiring connection is
incorrect, damaged or loose.
The voltage to the power PCB
is low.
The ice full sensor is defective
(The icemaker will stop after it
completes 18 cycles.)
The ice full sensor is
covered by something.
Electric component failure (i.e.
fan, PCB, etc.)
The control PCB is damaged
or defective.
The water supply tap is turned
off or not all the way up.
The water supply pipe is not
properly connected or
maybe kinked.
Water line leaks.
The water line is blocked.
Water supply pressure is low.
Water inlet valve is loose.
Water pump damaged or
defective.
If room temperature is out the
stated range the water pump
stops automatically.
Wires on the water pump
loose, damaged or
disconnected.
Correction
Plug in the icemaker.
Repair or replace.
Turn the power switch to
ON.
Replace fuse.
Check, repair and/or re-
connect.
Repair or replace wall
socket or power cord.
Replace sensor.
Clean and clear the
sensor.
Pressing the mode
button to change the
modes is helpful in
diagnosing.
Replace.
Turn on the water supply
tap on fully.
Reconnect the water
supply pipe.
Repair connection or
replace line.
Clean line, see user
manual "ice making
system cleaning"
Turn water supply on
fully to maximize
pressure.
Check and re-connect.
Replace water pump.
Adjust temperature
within the stated range.
Check, repair and/or re-
connect.
