Message
The display tells to check the
door.

Problems without alarm messages
Problem
The programme does not
start.
The appliance does not drain
the water.
The appliance fills with water
and drains immediately.
Possible solution
Make sure that the connection of the drain hose is cor-
rect.
Make sure that the appliance door is not open or closed
correctly.
The anti-flood device is activated:
• Disconnect the appliance.
• Close the water tap.
• Contact the service centre.
Wait until the mains supply is stable. The appliance auto-
matically starts operating.
This is not a failure but a suggestion for next wash to de-
crease the detergent quantity.
Make sure that the filter drawer is correctly inserted.
Possible solution
Make sure that the mains plug is connected to the mains
socket.
Make sure that there is not a damaged fuse in the fuse
box.
Make sure that the you have touched Start/Pauze - Dé-
part/Pause.
If the delay start is set, cancel the setting or wait for the
end of countdown.
Deactivate the Child Lock function if it is on.
Make sure that you have not set a programme without
drain phase.
Make sure that you have not set an option which ends
with water in the tub.
Make sure that the drain hose is in the correct position.
The hose may be too low.
