CORN SPECIFICATIONS

IT IS IMPORTANT TO SELECT AND USE ONLY KERNELLED CORN THAT IS DRY AND FREE OF DIRT
OR ANY IMPURITIES SUCH AS HIGH SALT CONTENT. DIRTY FUEL WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT THE
OPERATION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE UNIT AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. THE PELLET
FUEL INSTITUTE (P.F.I.) HAS ESTABLISHED STANDARDS FOR WOOD PELLET MANUFACTURERS.
WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF CORN THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THESE STANDARDS.
SCREEN THE CORN BEFORE LOADING INTO THE HOPPER TO AVOID PLUGGING THE CHUTE.

wood pellet blends or wheat only).

FUEL STORING AND FILLING INSTRUCTIONS
Storing:
The most important aspect of storing the fuel (corn or wood pellet) is not allowing the moisture content to rise
while stored. Please take all necessary steps to keep your fuel dry when stored. Stored fuel may be kept in
the same location as the furnace. However, we recommend keeping it at least 3 ft away from the furnace in a
covered container or a sealed bag(s), so no foreign articles can mix with it.
Filling:
Open the hopper by lifting and removing the lid. Empty the fuel bags inside (screen corn fi rst) to remove any
dust. Put the lid back on.

CONTROL PANEL
LCD monitor will display "thermocorn cpf-110" when turned on. The control panel is designed to show your se-
lections & current functions when running by the heat probe sensor. If furnace is running by the room thermo-
stat current functions will not be displayed, however will be executed as directed by the room thermostat.
There is a manual fuel feed button in the back. This is useful at very fi rst operation when auger is empty or
when auger is emptied for maintenance or repair. Use this to purge the auger.
