Network Bandwidth
When a CA Client user is connecting to CA Server over an IP network connection, a maximum of 0.5 Mbps
bandwidth is required at the time of login. Up to 10 CA Client users can perform login procedures at the same
time. Therefore, when users are connecting to CA Server over an IP network connection, ensure there is 5.0
Mbps bandwidth available at all times.
Once a CA Client user is connected to a CA Server, the bandwidth required for CA processes is negligible.
However, when a CA Client user is connecting to a CA Server that is not within the user's Local Area Network
(LAN), the Auto Absent Message feature in CA Client should not be used. This feature requires significant
bandwidth that may affect network performance over connections that are not within a LAN.

To use CA Server, your PBX must have the correct software file version installed. Confirm your PBX matches
the requirements listed below.
